Since January 2025, I have trained more than 1,000 professionals to adopt and apply AI in their work. My focus is on helping business leaders and teams move beyond experimentation and use AI to create measurable impact, from streamlining operations to improving decision-making and unlocking new growth opportunities.

With over 20 years of experience leading business transformation for Fortune 100 companies, I understand both the urgency of innovation and the practical challenges of implementation. As an Adjunct Lecturer at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, I bring academic rigor to real-world applications, guiding professionals to integrate AI in ways that align with strategy and deliver results.

My teaching style is hands on and collaborative, using practical and relatable examples that connect directly to business needs. Whether working with executives or leading training sessions for more than 300 participants, I make complex technology accessible while keeping business objectives at the center.
